What’s your top spot to ride? Vote for your favourite mountain biking area in the east and the west, and we’ll give the top-voted spot in each region $10,000 for trail improvements.
You can vote every 24 hours in the east and the west before Feb 26, 2014. At the end of MEC Dirt Search, the top-voted area in the east and the west will each receive $10,000 for trail improvements. The grant will go to the local mountain biking group that’s featured in this contest for each winning area.
Contest RulesYou do not have to have an MEC membership to vote. You may vote once every 24 hours during the contest period for an eastern participant and a western participant. Voting opens at 12 PM Pacific Time on February 5, 2014 and closes 11:59 AM Pacific Time on February 26, 2014. MEC’s computer is the official time-keeping device. You do not have to have an MEC membership to vote. You must not tamper with or corrupt the voting process or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices, or by attempting to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any participants, voters or MEC representatives. MEC is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property that maybe caused from you accessing the contest site or casting votes.
